Condition is very good, spine ever so slightly loose, natural age foxing, slight tears. President Abraham Lincoln , Anthony/Brady Backmark. A seated Lincoln, originally taken by Mathew Brady in Washington, DC, January 8, 1864 Verso with E. Anthony, New York studio imprint. Light foxing, Clear image, Gutekunst, Philadelphia backmark. George McClellan , seated, arm resting on chair. Appears to be wearing winter frock. Case & Getchell (rare) , Boston backmark. John Wool , Veteran of the War of 1812. Old school like Winfield Scott at the start of the war though was in much better shape and could mount a horse. Was 77 at time of image.
